Project Management

This course will cover the methodology and tools behind effective workplace project management. Students will gain hands on experience developing project management tools like GANTT charts and PERT diagrams and will learn each phase of effective project management including investigation, planning, design, production, monitoring, and evaluation. Project management skills have broad cross-sector appeal to employers.

No previous experience is required for this program.

Program Length- Four Weeks
Start Date- First Round: August 7th-30th. Second Round: September 25th – October 18th.
Time- Mondays and Wednesdays,  5:00 PM – 7 PM.
Cost- This professional development course is offered free of charge, but priority enrollment is given to low-income students.
Employment- If desired, students are provided with individualized career support including assistance finding internships, job searching, developing résumés, cover letters and LinkedIn profiles, and preparing for interviews.
