Information Technology Services Management

This is an introductory course to Information Technology Services Management or ITSM. ITSM is the process of aligning enterprise IT services with business with a primary focus on the delivery of best services to the end user. The Takoda Institute’s ITSM course is designed for individuals employed or educated in information technology or in related professions including sales staff, project managers, application developers, IT consultants, etc. This course will teach students the fundamentals of ITSM and how to best implement them. This course features lectures, discussions, quizzes, and team exercises.

Program Length- Two weeks
Start Date-  December 5, 2017.
Schedule- Tuesdays and Thursdays, 5:00 PM – 7:00 PM.
Cost- This professional development course is offered free of charge, but priority enrollment is given to low-income students.
Employment- If wanted, students are provided with individualized career support including assistance finding internships, job searching, developing résumés, cover letters and LinkedIn profiles, and preparing for interviews.
